How Can fatigue Along With Low Blood Pressure Be Treated?

Hi My husband has had major fatique and low blood pressure this weekend. He has had bronchiatis and the doctor had him on steriod pack and antibiotics. His blood pressure is measuring 98/60 with heart rate of 109. what could cause this. he is 67 years old with no problems.

The low blood pressure with fatigue can be managed with various ailments as:
@ Control of basic pathology as bronchitis here.
@ Hydration with plenty of liquids with oral rehydration salt.
@ A balanced nutritious diet.
@ Continue current medications.
@ Be in regular follow up with his consultant.
@ Avoiding stress, exertion, smoking (if involved.)
